A large credit card company wanted to do something special to stand out in the mail and to reward their loyal customers.

They came to NOVA with an idea, a deadline and a twist or two.

• Twist One... include party horns with yellow feathers and the company logo printed on them
• Twist Two... source these party horns during an outbreak of Asian Bird Flu!

We harnessed our expertise, our supplier relationships, and called in our family printing facilities at The MATLET Group.

Our sister company, Packaging Graphics, designed a pop up box that could be quickly assembled and could hold the party horn and other inserts, including a personalized postcard. We eliminated costly address labels and matched personalization by die-cutting a window in the box and using the personalized postcard as the address vehicle. Sourcing the party horns was a challenge, but we found a source and delivered on time.

• Assembled and mailed 750,000 packages within 10 business days.
• Provided single source solution for the client, from printing through distribution.
